Welcome to the Orthopaedic Institute of California, a medical group, Inc., established by Orthopedic Surgeon, Matthew J. Pautz, DO, in 2003, to provide exceptional orthopedic care. OIC is dedicated to providing all patients (young and old) with compassion, education, and the most modern/minimally invasive orthopedic techniques available.

Dr. Matthew J Pautz has helped alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for thousands of patients. Dr. Pautz is a general orthopedic surgeon. He treats all orthopedic conditions, including, but not limited to: joint replacements, spine and neck surgery, bone trauma, and all sport and work related injuries. He has specialized training from John Hopkins Hospital in Pediatrics and Robotic & Computer Assisted Surgeries. His training, experience and heart make him a great surgeon.
